5 Tips to: Choosing The Right Tea for You 1. Caffeinated or Decaffeinated Tea Choosing a caffeinated or Decaffeinated tea may help in narrowing your choice options. (Tea drinkers tend to have a plethora of teas;) Many, white, yellow, green and black teas are caffeinated. Some herbal teas do have caffeine. Please read the label of tea before purchasing if you choose to be Caffeine free. 2. Flavor Profiles First, what's a Flavor Profiles? Similar to our senses the Flavor Profile is what we experience when we taste. This Profiles we taste are said to range from, Salty, Sweet, Sour, Bitter and Spice. Now that you have a range for your Flavor Profiles to choose from, the options are almost endless. (Bitter + Sweet, Sweet + Sour, Sour + Spice, Salty + Sweet) 3. Make it Special So you've chosen your tea! 🥰 What will make it Special? What you add (or not) Additions, such as Lemon, can bring depth to tea. Honey can add an additional Flavor Profile. Stevia can bring an Earthy tone to a lighter tea flavor. Milk and Nut Milks can smooth out a Bitter Black tea.
